Shelley is a certified Micro-Pigmentation Technician since 1992. Her background is a Licensed Cosmetologist since 1983. Her passion for natural beauty has people talking about her hair stroke looking eyebrows. Whether a subtle lash enhancement or a full eyeliner is desired, no detail is overlooked. She can achieve a blended lip liner, to full lip color…all you’ll need is tinted lip gloss…no one will know you weren’t born with it!
